To be approved for an apartment, an applicant's gross monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent for that apartment. For example, if the monthly rent of an apartment is $1000, an applicant must make at least $3000 per month in order to be approved for that apartment.
In addition to these income qualifications, an applicant must pass credit, criminal and rental history checks to be approved.
